Warhammer 40K Interview

Here's the first question of the interview explaining the basic plot of Agents of Death.

"Can you take us briefly through the story of the game, what exactly is Warhammer 40,000: Agents of Death?

The game itself takes place on a Cardinal World of the Imperium - a planet ruled over by the massive religious organisation of the Ecclesiarchy of Terra. It is a focus for devotion to the Immortal Emperor, as well as a wealthy source of physical resources for the Ecclesiarchy.

The Cardinal who is Imperial Commander of the world has fallen under the influence of a Daemon Prince of Chaos, who is using the Cardinal to steer the world to damnation.

The player and a team of Assassins, must eliminate the Cardinal before his power grows too great and a full scale war is needed to destroy him. Of course, the player won’t know this is the objective until later on, at first they must try and find out what is actually happening.

The player will have the possibility to use one of three heroes he has in his team, the choice is given before each level. The style of the level will dictate which of them is best suited to the role (in some missions it may be impossible to complete the level with the wrong sort of Assassin)."
