Initially thought to have been cast aside, a demo for the PC version of Bulletstorm has finally been released.
You may have heard the PC version is thoroughly lacking in the optimization department, though it's possible this has been mended for the demo. Whatever the case, we'll have our impressions with screens and possibly video footage up later in the day, so check back.

Update: on one hand, the gameplay appears fun enough, there are a respectable amount of options, and the graphics shine; on the other, FOV is narrow, performance is terrible, and the framerate is capped to 30 FPS. The game is tweakable if you download the INI editor and do some research, but the fact these weren't implemented by the developer, is frankly, part of a very tiring and ridiculous trend with Unreal PC ports. Play this on consoles or be prepared to fix the game yourself -- as much as is possible, anyway -- through a somewhat tedious process.
