Deus Ex: Human Revolution 'Three Way' video highlights multi-solution gameplay
Three different ways of kicking ass
The week hasn't officially ended yet and we've got another Deus Ex: Human Revolution trailer for your enjoyment. Two Human Revolution trailers in a week? Must be Christmas, or something.
Similar to the 'Multipath' trailer we saw earlier this week, the new 'Three Way' video documents three different ways to approach a situation, though this time, no one's narrating the gameplay footage. Adam is tasked with taking out a dangerous man by the name of Zeke Sanders. It's okay, go ahead and laugh at that one.
Either way, Adam has three options: Aggressive, Stealth, and Adaptive. The video goes through all three to compare these methods side by side. Aggressive is pretty much just running in, guns blazing, and shooting everything that moves while they shoot back. Stealth sends Adam through an alternate route, staying out of sight and performing stealth kills. Adaptive also has our hero taking a different path, picking up varying weapons and other equipment along the way to help him whittle through Sanders' forces.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution will be released to Xbox 360, PC, and PS3 on August 23 for North America, then August 26 across Europe.

Can the developer not think up a decent first person takedown?
I was a big fan of the first Deus Ex too.
I have two must-play and must-buy games in this busy year..
1). Mortal Kombat (NTSC Version) which I will be getting on 20th April
2). Deus Ex
I mean, in Deus Ex (the first one) it was actually quite difficult to go berserk and mow everyone down. It was possible, but not easy. That's why opting for stealth was what I did.
I don't like how in the video here, he's being shot at by 3 people, shoots all 3 of them down, even though 1 of them had been shooting at him for a while.
I mean, I guess that could happen in the original too... I dunno. I'm skeptic I guess.
Also not much of a fan of his voice. I think it's the same voice as Walton Simmons from the original game, the guy who hunts you down, and even in Deus Ex 2, you could hear the same voice in the intro. I think. D:
