We've made it to March, and in less than three weeks, you can fight off North Koreans in the year 2027. We're talking about Homefront, of course, and THQ is making so no one forgets about their upcoming shooter.
The newest trailer is a live action short revolving around a family of three hiding in an old school bus, armed to the teeth with rocket launchers. As a child sings, his mother brings the weapons to her husband, who then takes out one of three North Korean choppers. Let's go ahead and assume they get the other two, rather than being shot up afterwards.
THQ is also planning to hold an anti-North Korea rally on Wednesday in San Francisco. The event will begin with a march across the Golden Gate Bridge and end around noon at the Yerba Buena Gardens, featuring "speeches by global experts, musical performances, and the launch of 10,000 balloons."
The publisher hopes to draw attention to "North Korea's human rights violations," though we're pretty sure attendees will also be seeing plenty of Homefront paraphernalia.
Homefront will be released to Xbox 360, PC, and PS3 on March 15.
