-* Too late bethesda can go suck it! They showed who they favor more. That and they killed it for me whit New Vegas, just horrible. But on the bright side COD BO is kick ass! *-

Ummm...... you're still getting it. And besides, The Big Evil pays for exclusives more than Sony (i.e. GTA4). So, yeah, it sucks, but I hear that the PS3 pack has stuff that the 360 version doesn't.... So, f*** that! Give us a damn update... (and maybe get cross-platform support).

I'll wait for a Steam sale on it of at least 50% off before getting, unless I'm seriously bored.

can you really blame them for releasing it on xbox first? i mean, if they had have released it straight to pc everyone would have just downloaded it illegaly. so in a way its OUR fault they released it to xbox 360 1st

Same, way too many good games coming out within these next couple months.

360's just as much of a illegal download pit as the PC, that logic only works if it had been the PS3 to get the love. Technically speaking, harder to crack on the PC, since devs aren't limited at all. Though what gets people to actually buy a game instead of pirate these days is a combination of two things:
  • Support
  • Heart
If a game is supported for a long period of time, like an MMO, it's not only harder to pirate the full package, but shows the players the company cares about the community. Not talking about CoD Mappack stuff, actual support for a game. Magicka had a horribly buggy release, but I have seen a patch every day fixing and updating the game to make it better. DICE gave their flagship shooter last year tons of free maps, bug fixes, and balance changes, all free.
Second is heart, which is shown partially through support for a game, but is more general. The overall want of the company to be connected with their players, and to actually care about the community. Technically speaking, the cause behind the support. It's also what gives us funny little easter eggs that fans laugh at for ages to come, and is the only actual reason Scribblenauts on the DS sold well at all.
