Some are aware of the lawsuit concerning the "Edge" copyright and the use of the word in the Mirror's Edge franchise -- one of the more silly cases we've heard of. In any case, a newly released court document has inadvertently revealed some juicy details about the original game.
Firstly, though many have speculated the game -- with its atypical design and mixed reviews -- performed poorly (explaining why the sequel is taking so long), it turns out it actually sold over two million copies. Turns out innovation is feasible.
Aside from that, Mac users are also in for a treat later this year: Mirror's Edge is coming to the platform. Seems like a wise choice to us -- the game's clean aesthetics and beautiful music seem like features that would appeal to the Apple audience. We'll have more when an official announcement hits.
