[Update] Rock Band 3 leak reveals 31 tracks

And yes, they just completely leaked the entire Rock Band 3 on-disc setlist. The above list has every song from the video.

Looks like a good setlist, but unfortunately I'm pretty tired of rhythm games. And lol @ the response video.
Compare Rock Band 2's "Bad Reputation": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9rC0RJ12vY&feature=related
...with Band Hero's interpretation of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ch4kZxprMkw
Look at the parts where the guitar solo is played. Band Hero adds artificial difficulty with extra notes for no reason. Where there's only one note being played, BH splits that single note into two and sometimes even takes them out.
Reenee, what I meant by taking a page from WT's book was that World Tour had notably copied several songs from Rock Band 2 (i.e Go Your Own Way, American Woman, Float On and several other songs can be found on both games) and so Rock Band 3 was doing the same as World Tour by getting many songs from GH6 (GH6 announced their songs earlier; therefore RB3 copied
I'm personally surprised at their selections. I never thought I'd be seeing 'Imagine', 'Space Oddity' or 'Everybody Wants to rule the world' on either Guitar Hero or Rock Band. Makes the choice on which one to get even harder.
My thoughts on the matter, anyway.
skydog, people have their own opinions and preferences. Stop judging us.
