I bet most of the buyers were whiny 13 yr olds who bitched at their parents to buy it for them.

Well...they can simply make up the number of 20 millions instead of just over 20,000 or so Dubious, I suppose...

Played it, liked it, but *bleep* it. There should be a point where no 'gamer' (even the casuals) passes, and at least 20m passed it...

I bet they'd get 20 million more people to download them if they offered both packs together for 10 bucks.

So they made $300 million off all those map packs and they still want to find ways to get more money?

This is one of the many reasons I'm never buying another CoD game. I havent even played MW2 in like 7 months.

I have less hate for Activision at this moment than I do fear for the future of marketing decisions made by other publishers. This is only the beginning of a long strain of content that is taking advantage of huge consumer demand and access the funds and their parent's credit card information. Welcome to the digital world, folks. Credit, contracts - caviar and cigarettes.
