The iPhone 4 launched successfully, with hundreds of thousands of units being sold, but as reported earlier, many are finding their new piece of tech comes with a few unwanted flaws.
One iPhone 4 owner with a reception issue took the time to email Steve Jobs about the problem, and got a very aloof response -- "Just avoid holding it in that way."
The exchange seems to highlight frustration on both ends, as consumers are left with a phone that drops calls when held a certain way, and Apple is left trying to appease those that are unhappy.
The issue has been isolated to the placement of a hand over the left side of the phones antenna band, causing the signal to be dramatically reduced, or in some cases dropped.
Still, even with the short response, Jobs does show a certain level of courtesy to his customers by responding, whereas many CEOs would never take the time.
