Molyneux sure loves to run his mouth. If i were a gambling man, i'd bet that half the shiz he's talked about so far won't even be in the final game.

Not surprised. For most studios, it has been the trend for about 1.5-2 years now to simplfy all game design. Replace depth with ease of use. This under the mistaken [IMHO] belief that this will increase sales to casual gamers.

I didn't even hear all the hype about Fable II and I was still disappointed. Loved the original Fable, but I don't think I can bring myself to play anything else made by this windbag.

I only played a bit of Fable, but I love Fable II. Probably one of the few people on Earth, yes, who likes Peter Molyneux. Pretty sure Fable III will rock.

Something happened from Fable to Fable 2... and I don't like it.

I mean, it SHOULD have been better, but for some reason...just not as enjoyable. F3 prob won't be any different.

Can anyone tell me what the heck they did to F2 to make it so sucky compared to the original?

The problem with Fable II compared to Fable I was that Fable II was simplified especially weapons, clothing and the fact that there was no mana or ammo. This made the game far too easy.

Agreed that it could've been harder. Didn't die once in combat.
