Seeing two entries for the same game on our front page must be rather odd for some of you, but there's a perfectly good explanation for that. See, there's a new Singularity trailer that came out just a little while ago, and it's absolutely gorgeous. As everyone knows, gorgeous trailers deserve to be shared.
No gameplay, just stunning cinematics every which way. Water and fire are one of those things most animators will admit are tough to really flesh out, but not for Raven Software. A glass bottle shatters in bullet time, sending
vodka water splashing everywhere, while beautifully matched music backs it all up. Unfortunately for Nate Renko, that was his drink they ruined...
With time manipulation being a huge part of Singularity, the events portrayed in the trailer might not line up at first. Basically, the entire island has pockets or rifts in time where a single moment from the past is stuck in a loop. I'm guessing that's what he experienced here.
