First Pokémon Black and Pokémon White screens leaked

Looking good, haha. I always hated having to go rest your pokemon, then go to another building to buy things. Makes it much easier.

This looks like it's going to be promising. Hopefully they have a lot more improved features for us in Black/White. Only other thing I can think to say is that look forward to a rehash of Ruby and Sapphire about a year or two after this releases.

Looks great so far. Interesting idea to lower the camera angle a little bit. We shall see how this plays out. Seems like Nintendo is running out of names to call their pokemon series, haha.

Ugh, Agreed. Looks cool everything else though. Can't wait for Zoruark/Zorua.

i admit the graphics are cool and the character designs are really bad but what i want to know is what the starters and ledgendarys are other than the 2 z's

0_o No offense, but we don't care about DSi here at teh moment.

Ugh no offense but no one really cares if he used the dsi it doesn't mean you can thumbs down him also you don't speak for everyone.
And as for this new poke game I just hope they'll make more than 5 fire types this time around =/

I wish they would make it so we could just choose what our starter character looked like :/

Nothing extra ordinary yet, come on Nintendo, waiting for some dramatic change in the Pokemon system...

And the male design looks crappy but I actually really like the female design (The shop SS), ponytail + hat = win.

towns and graphics look amazing to say the least, but imo the character design looks like balls.

If they ever make a female protagonist whos wears shorts/pants besides the R/S/E Girl, I'll be content no matter what else is going on ingame. What kind of world lets you go climbing caves and such in a MINISKIRT, for petes sake. Asking for trouble.

Sweet. lets hope for a light Type and othere new types. and some better looken pokemon. the last gens had some dorkatrons.

Uh I think it was Poochyena and its evolution who where the only Dark types without a second. (Sableye is the best Dark due to it's few weaknesses.)

Urgh, if you look at image 4, it looks awful. If the whole game is with the camera so low, I probably wont buy it. Just stick with what you're good at nintendo ffs.

Pokemon:Yin Version and Yang Version woulda been better though. Otherwise, lovin' the leaked screens. Maybe the Pokemon physically move around on the top screen and all the useless info is on bottom

I'm not sure about that but the first 251 Pokemon definitely need new ones.

i wish it has it where when u see a pokemon in a battle, it dosent just have 2 sprites of that pokemon. it should be a full animation.

That one pic looks cool with those 3d tall buidings. it would be cool if you could go inside them!
but i the main character sprite looks pixely.... i hate it

Also, it probably is beta, because it looks like the same thing I've been playing for 10 years.

I don't think the lower perspective is going to make this feel like a pokemon game.

this is something i never niticed before. generation 1's region has been in every generation. generation 2's has been in the multiples of 2. so they might not remake hoenn until 6th gen

I doubt they'll redo Kanto. IIRC, there is very little if anything at all from the Kanto generation that you couldn't get in the Johto games. Plus, with Diamond/Pearl/Platinum and the pokèradar, anything left out will be covered in Sinnoh. As of right now, the only pokèmon that can't be found in a DS game are the Hoenn exclusive ones.

I see no predicaments, they're just doing things in their own order. I'm willing to be patient to get a Lunatone and Solrock until after Black and White come out.

On topic, the major difference I can see in the male and female sprites is the orientation of the cap: male wears it backwards, female wears it foreward. I really like the new battle screen. The center/mart combination isn't that big a deal; I never really buy anything but balls until pokèmon league anyway. Since we haven't seen any shot of both screens, I'm betting the UI will be similar to, but probably upgraded from, the HG/SS interface which, I thought, was a HUGE step in the right direction. It annoyed me to no end that I had to use buttons in Sinnoh since I wanted to use the stylus for battles.

Bottom line: if the story has enough interesting twists, the "Team" you fight isn't completely predictable in their pokèmon choices, if the legends have an interesting enough story behind them (although I don't know where they'd go from here: they have the genetically made superpower, the elemental birds, the guardians of the sea, the air, and time, the creators of the oceans and land, plus the dragon who quelled their fighting, the wishbringer, the DNA pokèmon from space, the controllers of time and space, the ruler of the world in between, the fairies of emotion, knowledge, and something else that eludes me at the moment, the three golems and their ruler, the dream eater and saver, and the supposed first pokèmon and father of all [Arceus]), this should be an rather enjoyable addition to the pokèmon games.

(I realize that I didn't include a few of the legendaries. I still have nothing but love for Mew, Manaphy, and Phione)

I'm still waiting for Pokemon Purple Cubic Zirconium edition.

These two are the first Pokemon games I'm not looking forward to.

Yes, but they were GBA titles. The GBA is a dead system, now that the DSi has come out lacking a GBA slot. They probably won't remake a Kanto generation game for the DS, but I think they're going to remake Ruby/Sapphire since there are a lot of those pokèmon lacking in the DS generation games.

Quite a bit of knowledge there. If you really want a lunatone/solrock, why don't you trade for one? ON TOPIC: It's hard to imagine them creating even more new games, I just finished memorizing all the types of the newer sinnoh pkmn...
I also think you forgot shaymin. Oh, and the third pixie/fair is Azelf, the Being of Willpower... NERDINESS FTW.

they shuld make a game with all the regions in one massive game, but not make it on the same story line as the single mapped games. that wuld b awesome =D

thats what i like about it.thats basicly 3D if you ask me

i am definetely lookin forward to this game i mean the creators of pokemon have really gone to the dumps. i wish i could just go back to when lf/fr/and emerald came out, now those were some good times! now their releasing this crap. the only thing i ever liked about the ds games of pokemon is that you could cheat using an action replay (i dont use it anymore i broke it in frustration)

Why can't they just ditch the old pokemon and start over with a whole new set of pokemon and games. I also agree with 'nice ' that they should make a super game with every region and a different story line with like a super bad guy. It would also be cool if you could be a bad guy (on the evil team) in a pokemon game. And i don't care if i hav major problems i want a freakin M rated pokemon game.

How about a RPG form of the game on the WII? I loved poke Colosseum and its rpg story mode.
