ATI's latest driver sets have begun supporting "Application Profiles", which are sort of like miniature driver sets that can be released quickly and easily by the company, so there's no need to wait a month to have a pertinent issue fixed.
That's the case today in the latest App Profile update, which cures a couple graphical issues for Bad Company 2 players, adds anti-aliasing support to multiple titles, and also fixes corruption for StarCraft II players on CrossFireX configurations.
Note the update is for single and multi-GPU users, so anyone interested should give it a go. Also be sure to have either the 10.3, 10.3a or 10.3b drivers installed from game.amd.com beforehand.
The release notes are below; grab the goods at the source.
- Battlefield Bad Company 2 Fix - horizontal lines are no longer observed when running an ATI CrossFireX configuration
