lol. Silly Ubisoft. Seems some people will still accept their DRM by forking out cash for their games that really harm the customers at the end of the day. Ah well...each to their own right? Personally though I'll never give them any more of my money unless they find another way that allows me to play offline (come get some of my blood once off or something similar...but to be permanently connected for a single player game?)

I was about to buy the game from Steam until I heard about the DRM. Now, instead, I'll just wait for a pirated, cracked, DRM Free version from Pirate Bay.

I must discourage you from pirating as it only encourages more DRM. If you really want a better situation, buy something else.

DRM doesn't stop piracy, it encourages it, right now the only workable version of settlers 7 is the cracked game.
