New 32GB Oynx SSD from OCZ to sell for about $100

An affordable jump onto the SSD wagon
OCZ is really going gung-ho over SSDs. In 2009, they have aggressively been trying to carve a nice piece of the pie out for themselves with a bevy of new solid state drives. The product introductions now continue in 2010 with the 32GB Oynx.
This drive will probably appeal mainly to folks looking to get a solid state drive for their OS, with 'slower' HDDs handling the rest of their file storage needs -- a maneuver that can significantly increase your boot times, and general system performance.
The Oynx is a MLC SSD, with a 64MB cache. It also has RAID support, a three year warranty, and up to 125MB/s read and 70MB/s write speeds.
The price-tag has been described by OCZ as "under $100", so we guess this means in PR speak that it will probably sell for $99.99 initially, which is very inexpensive as SSD prices go.
