This week's Nintendo Downloads is sure to bring smiles for many people as Blaster Master makes its triumphant return today on WiiWare.  Among today's rather bountiful amounts of downloads are puzzlers, a tower defense title, and some adventure games.

DSiWare also has quite a few downloads this week.  Link 'n' Launch is Nintendo's take on those puzzle games where you must arrange pipes to navigate flowing water to a goal, only in this case it's space-themed and there's multiple goals that must be reached at once.  Reach your destination in time for 500 DSi Points.

Fieldrunners is a visually pleasing tower defense game where whole sessions last on a single screen.  Prevent the enemy from invading your base as long as you can while using gatling guns, goo, fire, mortars, lasers, and mortar rounds.  Test your endurance for 500 DSi Points.

Oscar in Movieland is the sequel to Oscar in Toyland and a port from Amiga PCs.  Oscar traverses across 100 movie-themed levels in this plaformer with various power-ups to help him out.  800 DSi Points lets you nab this lengthy and laid-back title.

Sudoku 4Pockets presents 3,600 puzzles for beginner, intermediate, and advanced Sudoku players everywhere.  A helpful guide offers tutorials, tells you hints, and defines gameplay terms.  The number cruncher can be had for 500 DSi Points.

Extreme Hangman makes the situation more dire for the poor Hangman as he's now being threatened to be shot, maimed, strangled, erased, and what have you if the hidden word is not discovered in time.  Up to two players can try to figure out over 2,000 terms across various categories and three difficulties.  This one's on the cheap at 200 DSi Points.
