    Hard to actually prove it, when he raises this much of a fuss he has to try and save some face as he runs off.

    The 360 thing existed long before he sued them, the Wii isn't even a case since the Twilight hack is exactly that a hack, it's not supported by Nintendo and since Day 1 of the hack they've gone on to say system updates could brick or disable software. The WoW thing seems to be bogus as well and the Sony issue would have to be investigated to see if it was one of the changes to the entire PSN network or just that game. On the press front he got nothing done at all since his case had no merit to begin with.

    So yeah, it's a bit hard to claim he improved anything.
