Battle of the Brick: Built for Combat -- six years in the making
A guy named Alex Kobbs likes thee things: Lego, Halo, and animation. So, naturally, he decided to combine all three things into a Lego Halo animation.
The trailer for his upcoming twenty-five minute long movie came out today. You should watch below. As for as Lego movies go, this one seems like quite the epic. It's called Battle of the Brick: Built for Combat.
This isn't Alex Kobbs' Kobberz Studios first Lego production. His first one posted on the Internet was a Lego Wii video for Nintendo's Shortcuts video challenge. After over 3 million people viewed that video, Alex got to work on a Lego reproduction of the Zanzibar multiplayer map from Halo 2. That video became quite popular -- maybe you've seen it -- and was even included on the Halo 3 Legendary Edition disc.
His already-made Zanzibar location was used for this production. Incredibly, Alex says he's been working on this movie for six years.
We looking forward to checking it out.
