Upon completing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, many gamers likely wondered, "Why couldn't I play as Ghost?" Don't bother hiding it: you're in love with the man.
Anyway, it seems Infinity Ward took his popularity into account. Ghost, also known as Sergeant Riley (swoon), already has his own spin-off comic on the way, detailing his adventures prior to the events of Modern Warfare 2; looks like a video game isn't totally out of the question.
Craig Fairbrass, Ghost's voice actor, hinted as much during the game's UK launch event when he spoke to "Inside Xbox," Microsoft's very own digital magazine on Xbox LIVE:
“I did in the last game a voice for a character called Gaz and in this game I’m now voicing a guy called Ghost, who now just got a spin-off comic of his own and they’re talking about another little game to go with it so, I’m quite excited about it. It’s grown and grown and grown.”
By "they" we assume he means Infinity Ward. You can check out the entire "episode" below and hear Fairbrass for yourself.
