New Prince of Persia game will be announced Spring 2010

The newest Prince of Persia title was the best in my opinion, and I would love to see a sequel, though judging by the ending of PoP (and it's DLC), Ubi simply HAVE to make another.

I despised the most recent Prince of Persia personally, they removed the acrobatic combat which made the Sands of Time trilogy so good and stopped you from ever dying. There's no point of engaging in feats of acrobatic daring if there's no sense of danger behind it and combat doesn't feel intense if there's no threat behind it. Don't get me started on the story and it's so called 'Epilogue'. Both endings for the game either made your efforts a waste of time or left on an irritating cliff-hanger.

What they should do is reboot Sands of Time instead, remake the first in HD and build a new story from there.

With the PC resolution hack, it really doesn't need to be remade. Looks plenty good.

Most likely a sequel to the new one. With that kind of ending and all.

The new one would be much better if developers render with proper graphcis instead of comic-oriented one which was used in the last game in 08....

I actually adored the graphical style in the new Prince of Persia, it suited the game's new narrative perfectly. It's just everything else that was terrible. :s
