Atlus is extending their "Atlus Spoils" fan appreciation program to the upcoming RPG Demon's Souls, only for the PlayStation 3.

Now PS3 owners who have been eyeing Atlus' latest "groundbreaking action RPG experience" can think about investing in a strategy guide.  Yep, the North American deluxe edition will not only feature exclusive box art but a 150+ page strategy guide!  Atlus assures us that the guide cannot be found anywhere else.

Additionally, this special edition that costs less than importing Demon's Souls (according to Atlus) will also come with a collectible outer slipcase and, of course, the game itself.

Atlus is offering a bonus for pre-ordering either version at any participating retailers while supplies last (whatever the GameStop employees don't take for themselves), which is supposedly another NA-only perk.  So remember to ask for that free art book when you fork over the pre-order payment; it contains designs and concept art from the game.
