NVIDIA has made available today an update to its 186 set of drivers, which you can download via the link below. As always, these are for GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9 100 and 200 series desktop GPUs, as well as ION GPUs, running under Windows XP, Vista, or 7.

Various bug fixes are included, as are performance increases and improved GPU acceleration for some cards.

Check the release notes for your respective operating system for details on what issues have been resolved, and which are left to resolve, among other items.

As always, uninstall your old set of drivers before putting these new ones in, and, ideally, use a free program like Driver Sweeper between these steps, ensuring minimal issues afterward.
