Possible Windows 7 RC1 Beta hits P2P networks out of Russia
Build 7077
Just a few minutes ago (12:45 PM PST), it appears that a release-candidate beta build of Microsoft's new Windows 7 operating system appeared on large torrent trackers around the world.
This hasn't been the first time people have said it is the RC1 build of Windows 7, but early reports are saying that it is. Microsoft said that they would be ready with the RC1 in May.
The build number for this new leaked release is 7077. The ISO is 2,530,86,248 bytes big. Only the 32-bit version is around, at the moment.
Real deal, or another fake? We'll update this story as more confirmation comes up either way.
Yesterday, site Neowin, citing an exclusive source, claimed that the RC1 build was going to Build 7105, and available as soon as April 10th (but not before.)
