    I am Brazilian and I should say that this here IS a market. If only there were more initiatives to make PC gaming more affordable, concerning both hardware and software [like I'm dying for a 6GB'd i7] there would be loads of new players. But as games are not considered a national product it is very expensive [as a matter of fact they aren't, that's why]. Imagine paying 150-200£ for a game like CoD5 or 700£ for a GF9800 GTX+ as I had to pay for mine. ABSURD!!
    I had to divide in so many times I thought I was paying a mortgage.
