Performance improvements, issue fixes, and more
Windows 7 Beta users with ATI cards have been riding on a beta driver since late last year, but as of today that's no longer necessary, as the standard 9.3 Catalyst drivers have arrived.
This version supports Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32 and 64-bit editions) in one unified driver, another example of how much the two OS' have in common. Beyond that, folding@home improvements are cited, as is performance in Lost Planet: Colonies and in general over Vista; the HDMI audio driver is included, as is the beloved Catalyst Control Center, and a range of issues are fixed.
See below for details and check the release notes for known issues if you prefer to be on the cautious side.
