Minesweeper User Reviews
It's a free game, which is always a plus, for everyone, and you can find it pretty much everywhere. It provides some "mindless" entertainment while forcing you to work out which tiles could be bombs in the game. The bad:
Since there is so little to the game, pretty much nothing.Summary:
There's not too much to this game, so this'll be one of the shorter reviews...
This game comes free with Microsoft, which is great, but there are now also sites out there offering free Java versions that I find to be just as good, personally.
The point of the game is simple. Get every single box off the field except the mines, and you win. The scores compare how you did by how long it took you to finish the entire game. For example, finishing it in five minutes is far better than ten.

The graphics are not spectacular. You just look at a lot of grey squares, some different numbers and a smilie face at the top. But you can't really make fun of the graphics. The sound is pretty awful. It is just a continous *...
Free with Windows
Good to play when something is downloading/installing
Nothing for basically a free gameSummary:
Since there's a profile for it, I'll give it a short review. =D
Considering this game is free with Windows it isn't half bad. It's a simple thinking game that can be surprisingly fun. When you click on a square it will reveal how many mines are in the adjacent squares. When you've revealed all the squares with no mines in you win. The beginner mode is fairly easy and my best time, with a bit of luck in what was revealed, is 8 seconds. The intermediate mode can usually be done at any time but difficult requires a small helping of luck. There's also a custom mode where you can design the size ...
