Okay, PWNage squad members,
There has been much controversy as to who is to be the new leader of the Veteran PWNage Squad of Neo, even after I have given valid and clear proof as to who I would like to run it. After some more consideration, I have come up with this decision:
Leader: Neremi
Back-up Leader: Mistress Venom
If you would like to know the reason behind such a choice, then read on. It is nothing to do with how frequently someone posts in the thread, in fact, the more you post, the larger the percentage of useless spam you've contributed so kindly to the Clan. And neither is it anything to do with how much you know me, as I will have no more to do with the clan from now onwards. I chose Neremi and Mistress Venom, as they usually act in a more mature way compared to some others, and their participation in the past is frequent enough to be acceptable. A good leader isn't one who replies at every opportunity; that's not what it's about.
If you still think you would have been a much better choice, and continue to argue over this matter, I'm sure I can dig up a few quotes from you in the most recent clan thread that will prove you quite wrong.
Instructions to Neremi and MV:
It doesn't take much to run the thread, but there are a few things that you should do:
- On arrival of newbies asking to join: refuse politely, and if they continue to post after you have asked them to leave, get in touch with Sakura, or another Diamond Mod.
- Try to come up with a few games or competitions now and then to keep everyone involved. (I know I let this one slip).
- Watch out for flaming and membrating within the clan; the last thing we want is our own members being banned from the Diamond clan when we are meant to be Veterans.
I have another instruction which I need to give you, however, I must do this through email, as I have no PM function as of late.
