Hobbies:
I love to write, some purely my own work and some fanfiction. I don't seem to like finishing stories, however, and they have a tendancy to go on forever. I've only ever finished one, about the Turks from FF7. PM me if you'd like to read it.
My best non-fanfic has to be my story about two characters called Shalla and Resal... which I picked up after a six month break and have realised needs completely rewriting. *sigh* will my troubles never end?
I play the Violin and the piano. I've recently done my Grade 6 violin exam, and I think it went rather well, but I'm touching wood and keeping my fingers crossed until my result comes through later this month.
I like to draw, and i hate my scanner (It's broken!). I also hate my camera, which doesn't seem to like my pictures no matter how many times I try to get the angle right. Grr.
I draw in a semi-manga, semi-realistic style, and I've recently done an Amano/realistic pic which I'm dead proud of. I like to draw game characters,a lthough I've done a few OC's, and completely some original art. I've also drawn the dragons on the front of Anne McCaffery's Pern books, although I think that is classed as shameless copying -_-. Nevermind.

I'm reading obsessed too. I'll read almost anything. And I mean that.

Favorite Authors:
Anne McCaffery
Terry Pratchett
Terry Goodkind (something about the name Terry...)
J.K.Rowling
J.R.R.Tolkien
Philip Reeve
Eoin Colfer
Garth Nix
John Wyndham
And my best friend Chrissie, aka Cute Chao, who has written one of the best original stories I've ever written, called Sallesta and Kovan, and also a damn good (and damn long!) fanfic. She's awesome. I mean it.

I'm also a semi-addicted RP'er. It gets into your soul, I swear... and I mean that in a good way. I can get involved with my RP characters more than my story ones in some ways, as other people can give you insights you'd never have thought of yourself. If you're a writer and you've never RP'd, I suggest you give it a try ;) My favortie RP would have to be Legacy of the Ancients. We're so close to finishing it now... I can hardly wait! And then, of course, there is the sequel...

Biography:
So, I live in a rainy little country called England. I live down the road from where I lived when I was three. Odd, huh? Well, that's me. Odd. Currently doing my GCSE's at school, in Year 11. Next year, I'm going to take five A-levels: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths and Music. But only if Mr. Shaw can recruit enough people for music. lol.

Neofriends:
Cute Chao. My best mate!
Nidoking1990. He is a great person to talk to.
neto_360, thanks for the FF9 stuff!
HilaryDuffGTA.
SventheCrusader: Great RP!
POKEMON BALL: I'm so sorry I forgot you! *hits self on head*
Anima Sword: He has a tendency to spell things wrong, but he's a great guy to RP with.
Dragon's Call: Not sure if I can call her a Neofriend, but I've Rp'd with her and we've talked a bit.
Dark Arcanine: A great guy that I met after he PM'd Cute Chao and I happened to be there too... My first Neo Brother! Yay!

Reminiscing On What Would Have Happened If You’d Left

Prelude

You can leave it
All up to
Me. I love to change
The way thing
Are done, around here
They’re done so wrong.

People care if i
Split my words and don’t
Make a sentence or
Sense. Ha, look at
Me now. Better
Than the lot of
You.

A single line
Can sometimes be a sentence
But the way i
Used to be is
What made me who i
Am now. I don’t
Write conventional
I write poetic.

I

Softly simmer beneath that summer, autumn, winter sky,
Listening to the bell call the children in from classes,
The Physical Education group walks in red
Under auburn leaves, and a matching sunset.

Life got harder the day you left,
I spend my spare time sitting in the quiet,
The back row of the choir,
Pretending to sing.

I need to feel some sort of… feeling…
Something to reach below me and pierce my shell,
That even vivid sunset sky does nothing to me worries me,
Because I used to love that sort of thing.

II

Chemistry was my favourite lesson,
Because the colours made me feel different,
I understood everything she said,
And I used to teach you when you didn’t understand.

I went to summer camp one year,
And came back with a better knowledge of biology,
Even though it was supposed to be chemistry there,
I already knew a lot of what we did.

Science is and was my way of life,
I did try to teach you the way I saw these things,
But it’s hard to explain to people the way I learn
When I don’t do anything. I just learn.

III

Spending a night out in the cold on the field,
It isn’t as bad as you make it sound,
Run to the hills and back chasing the little children,
Night ex. time is the best time of the year.

Mud on boots and clothes and face and hands,
Sliding down hills in futile bids to escape,
Camming up five minutes before we left,
The stuff in it made my hands itch.

Do you care? You left me waiting,
Leaving me on my own in the cold,
I was an honorary NCO for the evening,
And you weren’t there to see my moment of glory. Shame.

Two weeks marks the annual dinner,
First time you’ve not been there,
Life got crazy the day you left,
But I just don’t want to go back there.

I’ll sit, same seat as the year before,
Watching your space filled by a nameless person,
You were at the front, I at the back,
The ironic role reversal was quite funny. I walked past you every five minutes.

I loved you, even then,
Spent half a year trying to deny it to myself,
It took someone else admitting it to make me believe,
It took someone else to make me see myself.

IV

Life is a picture-book,
Looking back at memories like photos,
The waterfall of time will never stop falling,
But you can look back and laugh at
Time. Never changing.

But does it? Time, like a
Muddy pool, it blurs and dims.
Did I see that ghost, or was it
The reflection in the moonlight of the
Pictures on my wall?
Were you really there? Or is it
A figment of my imagination?
Do you love me now?
Did you ever?

A thousand paper cuts cannot
Compare to the force of
Love lost, betrayed, lovelorn,
Crying on broken streets,
Begging for some sort of release,
Out at night long past sunset
Staring at auburn gold of your hair
Photographs are memories that can never be changed.

Strawberries and mixtures from the sweetshop
Down the market hall in memory lane,
Are the same as the smell of your hair if
I ever really got that close to you.
If leaning towards you to help you work
Counts for anything.

So lean on me now,
When you’re gone and too far away
To even remember the look on my face,
To even remember the sound of my voice,
I could recognise you from the back,
Would you even care if you saw me?
Walking through town with the Other Girl,
It tears my soul in two to see you hurt so bad.

V

A river starts out like the tiniest raindrop
Growing to a stream,
The way love plants it seeds in your heart
And spreads them out for all to see.

My friends always told me I was obvious,
You never seemed to notice,
At any rate, you stayed the same
In the way that you acted towards me.

So watch me
Break me word up in
The same way as
You broke my
Heart, even though
You never knew
It belonged
To you
In
The
First
Place.

Sweetheart
