My school-day comprises of me slugging my way into the shower at 7:15 in the morning, coming home and either mowing my lawn, playing Frisbee golf, or crashing on the couch and CNN or FOX. I usually fall asleep if I choose the third option and wake up to do my homework, surf online or talk to my buds over the phone or online.
On weekends during the fall and spring, I hunt snow geese and deer with my father and my brothers (usually) unless plans change or we don't get picked for non-resident licenses in South Dakota, where we own land in a town called Bruce. If it's during the summer or winter, I usually wake up around 11 AM or 12 PM, but once in a while I'll wake up earlier than that if I feel that I need to do something (like mow my lawn) without disrupting my time to do something fun. I mostly hang out with friends, but sometimes I'll do jack shit and just sit on my PC or XBOX and lift weights so I'm not that much of a sloth. I can't really stand sitting around with nothing to do and go out looking for trouble. However if my parents are home (and want to do something) or my sister wants to do something, I usually do stuff with them instead of my friends. People ask me why I do that, but they don't understand nothing is more important than family.
In terms of books, I don't really read as much as I used to. "We Were Soldiers" and Vietnam-era novels are pretty badass, I've also read some other non-war fiction that's good once in a while. The reading I do is usually for class.
In terms of movies, depends what's out. I don't really care what I go to, movies are more about friends and bullshitting than the movie. (Unless it's a badass movie).
In hobbies, I surf online and as stated before do a lot of hunting in the spring and fall. My dad introduced me to it when I was maybe 6 or 7 years old, and in reality I just like observing God's creation more than anything. I love nothing more than sitting in a tree stand on a nice, cool 70 degree day with a bottle of water and binoculars with the sun setting in the west and a doe sitting around near me. To be honest, I pass up more shots than I take. |

Shit, I've never really liked writing about myself, so here it goes:
I consider myself pretty normal, I hang out with the "normal" crowd at school after all. None of us are dumbass potheads, none of us are nerds (to an extreme, at least...me and 2 others play Axis & Allies once a year, haha) and none of us are jocks. We're right in the middle, right where we need to be. Some of us know people in high places, some of us don't, but nobody really gives a shit who does what and with who. We're just all a bunch of complaining high school kids who have no idea what they're gonna do after we get out of our parent's houses.
Except for me. In December of '08 (after Christmas) or January of '09 I will be enlisting in the U.S. Army, most likely as an infantryman with airborne school attached in my contract (hopefully). Then I'll probably come back to Minnesota after my 4 years are up and major in something neat, like electrical work. Shit, I'd like to be a UPS driver or something like that and do that for the rest of my life rather than something complicated, to be honest. The only real reason I'll be going to college is to make my parents happy.
In Neoseeker terms, I came here in January of '02 and registered under the name "RedFoxBandit". After I got sick of that name, I switched over to this one. That's about it. I was permabanned on July 17th, 2007 for revealing spoilers to "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." |
