Biography:
>> Me, Myself, And I

Hey I'm Gray Shadow, but you can call me Shadow, Shad, or even Emily if your one of my good friends. I live in North Eastern Ohio inside of the United States. I'm currently in 7th grade and am 12, nearly 13. My birthday is the 15th of December though so I still have some time left as a 12-year old. I'm on Neoseeker quite often, though I do infact have a life in the real world (believe it or not).

Cross Country
- Team
- I love CC to death, and it's only my first year. But the thing is, it ends too quickly. I run for my school JH team, but I'm not too good. I struggle with sports induced asthma but in the past few races I've been doing a lot better. Maddie (my team-mate) convinced me at a Quad meet to slow my start-pace down, and run at her pace. I did, and it was so much fun running with someone other then my shadow. I didn't have to stop at the half mile and walk from exhaustion either. At one race I even hyperventilated, and had to be assisted to the medical tent. Thanks to her, that'll never happen again.
~ CC is a lot of fun at Buckeye. We have the greatest coaches and parent volunteers that anyone could ever have, and they actuyally care about us. We're treated better then most college teams. We have team dinners, and we travel to different places to run, and just have tons of fun.
~ Of course CC is hard, and is very competitive. In almost every race, I've been spiked. if you don't know, that's when someone purposely stabs you with their spiked-shoes. They're designed to grip rough terrain. I'll be in CC every year until I graduate from Buckeye, or at-least I plan to. CC is the only true sport, there are No Time Outs, No Half Times, and No Substitutions. It's your sport's punishment.
