Guestbook posting is subject to the same rules as postings on the rest of Neoseeker. The following should stand as a reminder, however the full rules apply and you are responsible for complying with all rules and guidelines.

* Write something meaningful, memorable, or personalized.
* Spam is strictly forbidden. Do not advertise other sites or services in guestbook signings.
* Flooding a guestbook is a serious abuse of this feature. We keep track of the ISPs of all guestbook entries, and we WILL pursue your ISP for net abuse in the case of flooding, spamming, and other abuses of guestbooks.
* Many members have asked that you do not just "stamp" their guestbook. Some prefer to have meaningful, more personal messages added to a stamp, and we encourage you to try these! Stamping is not bad, but adding a nice message makes the signing more memorable for the recipient.
* Please do not try to use filler to meet the minimum character length of the guestbook entry. If you don't have enough to say to this person to fill up the small 125 character minimum, we're not so sure you should be signing their guestbook. Blatant abuse of this minimum length and complaints by signature recipients may result in a suspension of your guestbook privileges.
