Music in Motion

"For the Base-head in you"

Welcome to my very first edition of Online Game Guides. Music in Motion is a music-based game whereas you have to run and try to keep up with the music. No it isn't Dance Dance revolution, but it is something close to it.

The review:
Music in motion looks pretty decent concerning the amount of time it was made in. Its pretty old, yes. But I believe that there is still a few good qualities remain in here. Any fan of house music will quickly find themselves in love with this game.

The Guide:
There isn't much to in this game so I'll try to make this as detailed as it can be.In the beginning of the game, even in the title screen, you learn the practical controls. Your first mission is to run and jump across blocks that seem to 'pop' from the ground. If you can seem to run and jump fast enough, you will meet some sort of barrier that keeps you from running passed the pace of the game. If you press on it enough, you can break it. After breaking it, you will be forced super high behind the barrier. An example is shown below.

The next level, rains blocks on you. You are to dodge these to ultimately prevent yourself from getting mushed. You'll be a fresh batch of mashed potatoes when you die, so pay attention. This area can be very complicated, that's unless you stay in the green area, shown in the diagram below, and out of the red area. Just 'glue' yourself to these walls and you should be fine.

The next level, appropriately named 'Disco Disaster', places you on a ball that you have to run around on. Its not as simple as it seems though, seeing as spikes seem to erupt from the ball. The image below shows an example. Watch for the lights, the thing boxed in yellow, for these are warning signs that a spike might be erupting out of it soon. So put on your Nikes and run for your life!

Now for the final level, Like an angry old guy, the final boss slowly scoots himself toward you and occasionally stamps on the ground. This small stomp, creates a red wave that is easy to avoid, when in small numbers. Just avoid these and try to keep away from the robot.

I hope this little guide has helped you a bit in beating this surprisingly difficult game. If I missed anything, please tell me, so I may fix it completely.
