Well when I say completed, I don't mean got the max rank -that would count as mastered to me. But put 24 hours solid gameplay into it and got all the trophies, thats good enough for me. Achievements? I Was a tank man: managed to shoot a plane out of the sky with the main cannon as it was making a run to bomb me. Done other great fun&luck things, but thats my favourite |

SO CLOSE!! Just couldn't kill the last (not last LAST boss when hes a whimp, but the two-stages one before that) boss in Dante Must Die mode, and I tried oh so many DAMN TIMES!! Got it so close to dying in the second phase, he just WOULDN'T DO IT!! Sigh...the only thing I can think is not having enough vitality/devil stars, but for crying out loud!! To summarise: Failed |

Tbh...just couldn't be bothered to master it. Without sounding pompous I could of, it just meant lots of grinding. Heck, I even killed the Dragon King (or whatever) iterations think up to fourth or third. But it just wasn't straight-forward grinding: a basically random-luck based chance of first encountering a metal king slime (since they were the only thing with decent enough exp to get you to lv 65 and uber final attack) in the only place you can find them, THEN a random luck-based chance of killing it before it runs away? No way, that is WRONG. | Unknown |

Why would you want to master FFIX? Do I need to say anything more?!?! As a good FF fan I completed it, but that is where my obligations end. LOL actually tbh I DID try and master it -got everything, but that secret boss was just too goddamn hard, and the game didn't deserve enough grinding to kill him |

See, I would say I mastered it, because outside of europe (for ONCE, we got the better deal, FTW!!), you didn't have the dark aeons...BUT I did, and I've killed several, but haven't surmounted Dark Yoshimbo yet (yea yea I could just Zantetsuken their asses, but hey the game deserved not to be cheated). So untill that is all finished, it is only completed. | Unknown |

Well....I'll stubbornly stick to mastered and leave out of the equation the gummy ship areas -they were a fun distraction, but godness me, why is the last gummy ship (attack on the behemoth I believe) has got such a frigging hard boss compared to the rest? Still killed him, but no matter what, I just couldn't get all the items there. No I said, no this is not really part of the game: I refuse it access to my mind, hence it is gone. So I have mastered everything |

Was very close to mastering it, just needed to defeat the Demi-fiend, had every stat practically maxed out...but imo its just the most broken boss fight ive ever done. Extremely hardcore, heals back to max first time you get him to half hp, and with two demons to back him up, which get re-summoned (or rather, another pair gets re-summoned). Thats more than acceptable, would of been hardcore yet fun, but then you add a move that can kill everyone instantly at x intervals, no escape, and the only way you negate it is by getting hit by the attack that precedes it and getting sleep status, and having an ability that makes you dodge any attack while you're in that status. Wouldn't be a problem, but with nearly every stat maxed, getting put to sleep is a slim chance -and if at least one char doesn't get the negative status, its game over. Wow, it was truly and horribly broken. |

Finally, everything baby!! All Pins, all threads, every Noise drop -only thing haven't got is the top two-stars on the save screen, but heck, ill happily live without that Why mastered you say though? Cmon, its just an indication of how much time you've played on it, and I'm pretty sure I've already done 200+ hours. Besides, if you go over a specific amount of time it doesn't even remain as a star, so I discard it, DISCARD IT!! |

Nope, not highest rank -imo Warhawk has the most unfair rank system I have ever seen. Ok, you need around 500000 points for the top rank. On a good game, I am getting around 50 points. Guess its possible to get 100 if its going exceedingly well. So lets say an average of 50 points per game, although its probably more like 30. So I would need...10000 games before I can even get close to the max rank. Now that is hardcore, and I respect that: only the hardcore should be allowed such a prestigious title. But its a bit too ridiculously hardcore: I want to play the game to have fun, not clock on it probably 1000 hours of grinding. Fun, not grinding. I refuse, so Ive completed it because ive done every mode, every map, and tried every experience it had. |
