Most of my interests involve nerdy pursuits. I like video games, and liked them before they were cool. I own every Nintendo system (even a Virtual Boy), an Atari 2600, a Sega Genesis, Saturn, and Game Gear, and a PS1 and PS2. I think I'll get a PS3 later on in their console life when the price drops to somewhere reasonable. I also like board games, card games, and pen-and-paper rpgs (none of that LARPing stuff, that's just weird).

My favorite type of music is rock, I'll listen to various kinds of rock, from soft to hard, from classic to gothic. If I listen to anything else it's just one or two songs here and there. I absolutely despise country and don't like rap. There are a handful of exceptions. My favorite band is probably Our Lady Peace, but I also really like Everclear.

I'm a big movie buff, although I'm unfortunately highly critical of movies because of all my cinematography education. I have a hard time watching a movie without going over the flaws of every scene, unless I'm a huge fan of the series or something (I know in my mind that the new Star Wars movies have some bad acting, but I love them anyway).
