Madden NFL is an annual release by EA sports, normally released in late August/September in time for the NFL season. Madden NFL 15 launched on August 26 in North America and on August 29 in the EU for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 as announced on April 28th.
Improved features include defensive gameplay. There's a new broadcast presentation, new camera angles, as well as new pre-game and half time features. Improved real time stats and analytics gives players more information than ever before to plan their plays and take advantage of opponent weaknesses, or exploit the strengths of your team.
In the areas of gameplay, Madden NFL 15 builds on Madden NFL 25, the first "next gen" Madden title (released in 2013), bringing improved realism and fixing some quirks. A new passing system in particular is garnering praise as being more realistic and less frustrating.
Other improvements including better graphics and updated sounds: improved player models, improved stadium graphics, and even the physical movements of star players match their style and mannerism.
Fans had the ability to vote for the cover player up until the June 6th 2014.
