[edit] Background

The next-gen console version comes packed with bonuses in addition to the genre-expanding original Half-Life 2 game. Half-Life 2: Episode One and Episode Two expansions are also on the disc, as are the stunningly complex puzzle game Portal and the online phenomenon Team Fortress 2.

Half-Life 2 - Once again players assume the role of Gordon Freeman, a scientist destined to save the Earth from hordes of gruesome alien attackers. Half-Life 2 takes computer games to a new level of realism with incredible in-game graphics that recreate familiar-looking city streets, and blend them with strange and grotesque monsters, resulting in a believable and at times unsettling environment. Objects and characters feature accurate physics properties, behaving with the appropriate mass, density, and physical properties of their real-life counterparts. Extremely intelligent computer AI result in enemies that plan, adapt, and respond to the player's actions.

Half-Life 2: Episode 1 - The first of a series of stand-alone episodes based on HL2, the popular and acclaimed shooter epic. This episode takes place right after the events in HL2, as Gordon and Alyx flee from City 17, fighting against creatures who were previous blocked from enetering the city. The Citadel you assaulted in HL2 is tumbling into chaos, and this event will have catastrophic effects on the surrounding area, prompting your escape. Secondary characters Alyx and Dog will have a much more significant role in this follow-up.

Half-Life 2: Episode 2 - The second of a series of stand-alone episodes based on HL2, the popular and acclaimed shooter epic. Armed with new weaponry and vehicles, Dr. Gordon Freeman must race through a countryside riddled with an increasingly feirce Combine threat.

Team Fortress 2 - If you're ready for the challenge of true team-based online action, you'll find it in Team Fortress 2. With TF 2, you'll go into battle as part of a cohesive squad of fellow warriors all bent on the same goal -– whether it's storming a beach, demolishing a bridge or escorting a VIP to safety. And you'll do it knowing your teammates are watching your back as carefully as you're watching theirs. Begin by assuming one of twelve roles, each with unique strengths and weaknesses. If you're looking for a straight-up fight, you'll choose Marine or Commando. Prefer the shadows? You'll make a cunning Spy or Sniper. Medics and Engineers support their teammates through bravery and ingenuity. Focus the raw force of your team's talents through communication and strategizing.

Portal - A unique take on puzzle gameplay by the makers of Half-Life. Portal is a new type of single player game that changes how players approach, manipulate, and surmise the possibilities in a given environment in a manner similar to how the Gravity Gun changed our approach to how an object may be leveraged in any given situation.

[edit] Features

  • Half-Life 2: Episode Two -- the second installment in Valve's episodic trilogy advances the award-winning story, leading the player to new locations outside of City 17.
  • Portal -- a pioneering type of single player action game that rewrites the rules for how players approach and manipulate their environment – much like how Half-Life 2's Gravity Gun reinvented the way gamers interact with objects in the game.
  • Team Fortress 2 -- an all-new version of the legendary title that spawned team based multiplayer action games. The game's daring new art style features the most advanced graphics of any Source-based game released to date.

Phew, finally, after about a week of working my ass off on these, I finished my models. There are 4 of them in here, and they're all working NPCs and player models in addition to regular ragdolls. Have fun with them!

Well, as you know since I lack the know how with Photoshop to make comics from scratch in there, I've been using Garry's Mod as a medium to deliver these comics only editing being done in Photoshop. Well, this is going to change I think. I'm going to teach myself and check out on the internet how to do some comics in the lovely tool that is Photoshop without using Gmod as a medium anymore.

So, since the only series I have going atm is Ghostbreakers (which I like very much so this is important), I need to know that once I figure out how to do comics in Photoshop, should I ditch GMod and do Ghostbreakers purely in Photoshop or should I continue using GMod with it? Comment with your opinion (if anyone actually reads these lmao).

My crown jewel. Well, maybe because at this point in time I only have two comics and this one is far superior, but I digress. Check it out, I'll be making more Ghostbreakers in the near future. Click the image below to view the comic!

Prepare to rot your brain and melt your eyes as you gaze upon my first comic ever. I made this quite a while ago, and my skills have improved quite a lot since then. This series is more or less dead, but I'm currently deciding on whether or not to bring it back after my Ghostbreakers "season" finishes. Sort of a filler before getting back into Ghostbreakers. However, that is in the distant future, if ever. Anyways, without further ado, onto the comic:

Note: This was before I realized the beauty of resizing. Don't rage.

Yup, that's right. I'm on my way into blogging. I'm going to start using the neoseeker blogs system to show my comics to the world. The methods I've been utilizing till this point haven't done me very well, so here's hoping this will. For now, the only way I can make comics is by using Garry's Mod and its wonderful tools, but I'm planning on learning more about Photoshop so I can make comics without the use of Garry's Mod or some other medium to get what's in my head out there. Stick around, I'll be posting two of my comics up shortly, after which I hope I can get around to making some more.

In other news, if I ever decide to stop being a lazy bastard in the near future, I may attempt to learn CSS so I can pretty my blog up a bit. That's unlikely though. I will, however, be adding a header soon. At least there's that, so get off my back. :P
