GoldenEye 007 review
one of the best shooter games I have ever played

The good:

The single player and multiplayer(including online play) is epic! The graphics are good, the sound is good, the controls for the classic controller are easy to use, and the storyline is close to the original movie.

The single player takes a while to finish but that's what you want in a game, you don't want to be able to finish it in a day. This game is very addictive for me. I haven't been on lately because my Wii is broke so I don't know if they have Easter Eggs.

I haven't noticed any bugs in the offline or online play so you can tell the producers took their time to do it right. YES! I would highly recommend people to buy this game.

The bad:

One problem for me is that the online play takes WAY too long to level up. Second problem (for Bond in general) is that he is far from the real bond. In my opinion that is Pierce Brosnan. Third problem is that the online play has quite a few hackers but they aren't THAT common just a couple here and there.

So far I have played the game for at least 3 days in all (online play). Right now I am either level 45 or 46, I don't know for sure since my Wii has been broke. I heard one guy say the best way to level is on heros and he averages about 1000 experience per game which is pretty good. He is level 42 and has played the game for at least 4 days he said. I hate to say it but I am trying to find a hacked experience lobby because I am DYING to get my Gambit.

I think the bond games should start naming the weapons after there real names instead of making up names like Terralite III which is really the M16. The Gambit is actually L96A1 I believe. The Pavlov ASR is actually Dragunov.

I know that thermal scopes should be able to see through leafs on the jungle map so you can stay hidden better when doing License to Kill and Team License to Kill. Team License to kill is my favorite game mode since weapons have realistic damage and there aren't maps to give away your position which I love about that game mode.

Hmm what's really annoying when people hack the game so you can get infinitive ammo and they use the grenade launcher. They just keep launching grenades at anything that moves. Also people that throw smoke grenades all over so you can't see a thing unless you got a thermal scope.

The sniping on this game is excellent. Its good that only the highest level sniper rifle the gambit can one shot people. The first couple sniper rifles take a couple of shots to kill people which is fair since they are what you call noobs (meaning new player) and shouldn't be really tough. The AK-47 on this game is a little too weak though but you don't have to use it for long if you don't want to.

The computer intelligence is great and the game hardly ever lags. The objective setup its also great, its almost exactly like the movie except more shooting sequences like most games.

The graphics are good for a Wii because a lot of Wii games have terrible graphics. The audio is good because the weapons sound pretty real unlike a lot of games I have played. The quality of the characters is pretty good not as good as some other games I have played but those games tend to have lots of lag. The variation in the level design is really good, I noticed very little (if at all) simularity in the level layouts. The music selection is great, it matches the spy/bond theme. I turned the music off because I personally like to hear the game not music but it is still good music though. Voice acting is used and it is pretty good too, you can turn it on or off if you want. I turn it off whenever I do online hero games because it gets annoying after a while. OK I hope this helped you out.
