no, because Snake is the onlu Perfect Clone, each Genome has the same Skills as the other one, but no where near the same abilities as Snake or Liquid

both Snake and Liquid are clones for Big Boos.
Snake is the Perfect Copy of Big Boos
Liquid is a Slighty Flawed Copy
The Genome Soilders have just been modified, so that they have some of Big Bosses skills, but they just seem really dumb and slow compared to Snake, since he's the Perfect Clone of The Perfect Soilder

well, Snake didn't know he was a Clone back then (i think he didn't anyway) and Big Boos had joined the Rebellion at Outer Heaven, in Zanzibar (where Snake killed Frank Jaeger) and Snake was ordered to kill Big Boss
