Battle Power: OVER 9...wait...BILLION!!!!!! WAS THIS IN THE SCRIPT?!?!?!?
Bio:Unknown to everyone, before deceiding to stay with earth and die with earth, piccolo laid a egg and put in one of the ships. After hatching and going to a remote location, to train with himself. He eventually reached his peak at 9 billion. He then trained with the z fighters and got them to teach them there most powerful, awesome attacks. However, with all his power,he starting getting evil thiughts creeping into his mind. So he expelled them from his body which formed into a whole new body, and this new namek was many more times more powerful than anyone could imagine. And with Kaio ken by his side, was quite the math even for super oozaru gogeta. Since he obviously was invincible, the good part sacrificed himself to kill the evil part and killed himself. And so he died a heroic death.

Race: unnamed fish based race of Cui
Highest pwr stage: Eats the fruit from the Tree Of Might. Eventually gets potential unlocked by a witch, similarly to Ultimate Gohan. In this final state, he's stronger than a fully trained SSJ
Signature attacks: Gallick Ho, Double Sunday, Continuous ki missiles, Impaling gut punch followed by internal ki blast
Family: Older cousin of Cui. Adoptive uncle and care taker of Kuriza. Eventually marries one of his lieutenants. Can't biologically reproduce with her but has children through gene splicing.
Highest power level: Though he initially starts off with a lowly battle power of 20,000 or so, he undergoes several extreme powerups which bump him up to over Frieza's level. Eventually he gets his full potential unlocked by a witch, taking him over the level of a veteran SSJ in terms of ki
History (brief): Recruited by Frieza when he was just a baby after most of his race were slaughtered. He was one of the last of his kind near the end of Frieza's planet trade. When Cui and his brother died, Calmar was the last. In the power vaccuum left over after the Cold Family were wiped out, Calmar was one of several powerful warlords struggling for dominance in the galaxy. He was stronger than Pocus and his gang, but out ranked by Abo and Cado. When Ado and Cado left to attack Earth, and Pui Pui was recruited by Babidi, Calmar was left in charge of most of the remnants of Frieza's old army. As he trained and traveled, his heart was softened and his evil nature decreased. He eventually was attacked by henchmen of Miira, a time traveling super villain calling himself The Master and brain washing his minions similarly to Babidi. Outnumbered and isolated in an ambush, Calmar was on the brink of death at the hands of a resurrected Frieza, brain washed by Miira. At the last moment, Trunks appeared in his time machine and cut Frieza to bits. He then fought off the rest of Miira's henchmen and Miira disappeared in his own time machine quickly. Trunks was about to leave Calmar to die when he sensed the good in his heart. Taking pity on the former space pirate, he took him to Earth to be healed by Dende. He then lived on Earth for a few years, training with the Z Senshi and learning about fighting for good rather than evil. When he returned to space, he destroyed the tyrants who were abusing innocent people and formed a new Empire, based on peace and freedom rather than violence.

I purposely capped my guy's full potential at lower than SSJ2 because I didn't wanna fall prey to the ridiculous Mary Sue tendencies of most fic characters. Being as strong as Dabura should be good enough for anyone. Sheesh. He has one ability your blades may not be able to defeat though - logic. He can talk you out of killing him in mid strike, and at the same time convince you to quit smoking and give to charity, and last but not least can give you a self esteem boost. These are unexpected side effects of the witch's spell.
Also, I hope at least one person finds the part of his back story amusing where Frieza was resurrected to kill him and Trunks immediately shows up out of nowhere and slices Frieza to pieces. That's effing comedy gold as far as I'm concerned. My opinion's a little biased though.

amazing how most of those guys posted are still mary sues/gary stus. at least i tried to power my guy down a bit. i would put vanir around ssj2 level when fused with his brother. iceberg i created a long time ago and posted it on this board but i dont know where he went. anyway he was like fpssj goku level.

Yeah I decided a little under SSJ2 level is as strong as I wanted to make my dude at his peak. I can't see most beings in the universe passing that potential cap even with the Mystic upgrade.

Race: Saiyan
Family: Mother, Sister
Power Level: 1-???
History: Teluce was a Saiyan born with a power level of 1. Unlike most low class Saiyans however, he did not increase nor show an interest in fighting as time progressed. As a result he was made an outcast by everyone he met and was at the receiving end of insults and mockery. It became too much that even his father abandoned him and his family. Teluce only found comfort at home with his mother and little sister.
When Teluce was 15, Planet Vegeta had gone to war with Freeza. The tyrant's powerful army of elites tore through the Saiyan opposition. As Teluce ran home for safety, he found a group of elites laughing over the dead bodies of Teluce's mother and sister.
Teluce went out of control at the sight of his dead family and transformed into the Saiyan of Legend. He brutally killed the elites responsible for his family's deaths. He spent his remaining time on Planet Vegeta mourning his family's deaths before deciding to escape in a space pod.
Teluce would continue to have power increases at random. He would need to learn how control his power before it ultimately consumed him...
