Subject: Max Payne 2 cheats

I'm kinda stuck here, I wrote -Developer in the games properties, and I opened the game and started a new game, but no matter which button I press I can't get the console to show up:confused:
I managed to do this perfectly on Max Payne but when I try it on Max Payne 2 the console window just won't show:confused:
Anyone who can help me??
