Subject: Bounty: Vise

I've collected up to the purple moon crystal so far, taken out all bounties before Vise. And I want that blasted 'fallen pirate' title taken off my name. I read a Bounty Guide that says he should be standing in front of the destroyed palace in Nasrad, but he doesn't appear at all.
Any freeping ideas on how to make him appear? I don't want to beat the game until I beat him.

I believe you are talking about the legends version - but I got that too
I would progress a bit more and try again - or maybe your not looking hard enough

You have to be at least Vyse the Daring rating to face Vise(It's kind of hard to tell when you're at Vyse the Daring). I had to wait until right before I had to do the last part to face Vyse, give or take a while.)
