Subject: having trouble getting booster pack

ok, so I swear I got all the costumes for the characters, haven't unlocked hitomi... and I don't know how.. I have looked up on every web site possible. I don't know how to unlock the booster pack and get hitomi! I need help. what do you do? oh and get the cg gallery...
