Subject: How do i get the other Ninja files and voices

i got all the characters, beat the story mode, came in first in survival and time attack mode, i did this useing Iruka Sensei. but Anko still hasn't sold me any other ninja files or voices. she sold me Sasuke and Neji's files and voices earler but she hasn't put any of the others up. what do i do to get them?

I think you have to beat first player with that character to unlock the stuff for that certain character.
