February 10, 2005 - The Official Shining Tears website revealed today that another project set in SEGA's ultra-popular "Shining" universe is currently under development. Tentatively known as Shining Project Next, the mysterious new title joins Shining Tears and Shining Force Neo as the third title in the franchise to appear for a videogame system in the last year.



Specific system details have not yet been revealed as of yet, as the only proof of the new game's existence is the subtle teaser image we've provided below. The site does acknowledge, however, that details pertaining to the game will be unveiled sometime over the next few days -- which means that hopefully we'll be back with a clearer explanation about Shining Project's genre classification, storyline details, and other important mentionables. Of course that's just pure speculation at this point, and we'll still have to wait and see just how much information will really be available.
