Subject: DirectX/Vista issues

I've just installed this on my new Vista machine but when ever i start the game it tells me to install the directX drivers. If you click ok it says you don't need an update because the current version is more recent.... then it just closes the window to desktop and does nothing!!! Any ideas as to how i can get round this?

Was eagerly waiting to play it on my new system, but I guess it is one game I will have to shelve, because using xp campatibility doesn't work either.

if you go in to the /Secret Weapons Over Normandy/Gamedata and find a file called telsa.exe If you just run this .exe the game runs fine
