I can only ever add them to shortlist or call them up to the senior squad

You can't, the U21 manager does.

if they players younger than 21 and youve got room in the squad you just do it like any other player

how come sometimes your avatar sig thing doesn't display and it say you're viewing a picture from outside imagestation or the website that is hosting the image.

Imagestation no longer allows hotlinking, which means that any hosted images wont show up on a forum such as this.

Well didn't know what other thread this should be in and didn't want to waste everyones time starting a new one so here goes.
When you a english manager and you take over an italian team eventually on your manager info screen under languages it says Italian (basic) until you've mastered the whole language. Does this happen when your managing an International teams not from that managers home country?

Yeah, I've mastered so many laguages now. I'm qualingual...is their such a thing?
