Subject: Weird Noise

Ok, there is this weird noise coming from my Xbox, it sounds like a fan, with a strange clicking noise.
Also it runs slow on some games, but not others.
Is there anything wrong with my Xbox? I'm afraid to mess with it, or let anyone else mess with it.
Any help is appreciated.

That noise is completely natural . And some games run slower because they are bigger then other games .
