Seeing as they have been releasing one every 2 years I think it is reasonable that they will be releasing one this year (2006). Does anyone agree?

I've always actually wondered this: how good is Flight Simulator? I mean I've heard it's quite good, but I've never actually played it for myself. Is it anything like realistic?
