There are some already in-game, the one I know for sure is just off the coast of San Fransisco, CA.

Take off from KSFO (san francisco) and make your heading 280 and you should be able to spot the carrier. The carriers already in the game arent' veryy detailed. go to avsim.net and get arrcab carrier pack which places 12 new detailed aircraft carriers around the world and get a program called 3 wire, You need FSUIPC.dll but it will allow you to do catapult launches and simulates catching a wire so you can land a hornet on the carrier deck without Setting the Airbrakes or parking brakes to an ungodly level.

you cant start a flight on the carrier but you can land on it, then taxi into the takeoff position and save the flight
