Toxic375, tell me about it. History of Leocity:
After 1.8 Creative mode is released. They want creative mode for everyone, then discover unlimited TNT on their house and spawn was bad. So , they then want survival. Survival is boring so they want war. They want PvP and you give it to them. Then they cry they are getting killed and their stuff destroyed. Then they want to build again.... 
Guys, all big changes that happen suddenly are prone to glitches. One has happened and Toxic is fixing it. He is doing what you ask, but expecting zero down-time is just not possible with these sudden changes you require.

Alright, server is online for a bit.. I still need to put together a mini tutorial series on converting factions to towns but I need to fix my chat problem first.. you guys can talk to each other and I can see your chat but for whatever reason, you cant hear me :/

Now this is what I was waiting for. I knew that Factions would become dull for everyone, the server keeps changing. We need to settle down on one server type. If you flick between different things all the time it becomes an annoyance.

That is what kills servers, I agree, but unfortunately is is the members changing their minds not the owner. Towny should stay a while in my opinion, because it offers building, controlled PvP, and a stable building environment.

I too, think Townys better.
I just need to learn the commands.
The "(Namehere) did not have enough money do be a city!" is a bit stupid, imo, because it un-claims ALL of the land and closes the Town, which is kinda stupid.

Ahem. I regret nothing. Anarchy is allowed, ims2golfer. If you don't want it, then don't be as willing to invite people. You're lucky the damage I did was barely anything. No more Mr. Nice Dream. From now on, I'm a nightmare, I roll with Brony and will destroy all other towns. I used to be nice, but then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked.

Just logged in toxic375 number of issues:
- Couldn't use /gm, as it said i was spamming...not sure how that counts as spamming, but whatever.
- The 'Found Diamonds' plugin causes everyone to gain a speed boost and resistance, which it really annoying when you don't want it and just want to log in to see whats going on.
- Any update on the Tut for 'Towny'?
